Where does Buddle ship?

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Shipping addresses and order changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you need to correct or change a shipping address, contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible at hello@buddleskincare.com. We will make every reasonable effort to update the order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Shipping options and rates

For orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States:

• FREE shipping on qualifying orders over $50 (Economy 3-5 business days)
• $6.95 shipping on qualifying orders below $50 (Economy 3–5 business days)
• $8.95 shipping on qualifying orders (Standard 3–4 business days)
  
• $39.95 shipping on qualifying orders (Express 1-2 business days)

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

• Free shipping on qualifying orders over $50 (Economy 5-8 business days)
• $9.95 shipping on qualifying orders under $50 (Economy 5-8 business days)
• $14.95 shipping on qualifying orders (Standard 3-4 business days)

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal before taxes. Promotional discounts may affect eligibility depending on the terms of the promotion.

When will my order ship?

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Orders received before 1:00 PM ET will generally ship the same business day.
• Orders received after 1:00 PM ET will generally ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside Buddle’s control may affect delivery timing.

How do I check my order status?

You can review your order status through the link included in your order-confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, use the tracking information provided in your shipping-confirmation email to follow its progress.
